The International Journal of Advanced Digital Systems and Multidisciplinary Studies (IJADSMS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal committed to publishing high-quality research in advanced digital technologies and multidisciplinary fields.
To support the costs associated with editorial processing, peer-review administration, publication, DOI registration, online hosting, and journal maintenance, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only to manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication.
₹1,800 + 18% GST per accepted article
The standard APC covers articles of up to six (12) final typeset pages.
US $30 per accepted article

· Editorial processing of the manuscript
· Administration of the peer-review process
· Standard manuscript formatting and typesetting
· Online publication of the accepted article
· DOI registration and assignment
· Article hosting and online accessibility
· Inclusion in the relevant Volume and Issue of the journal
· Maintenance of the journal website and publication platform
The standard APC covers a maximum of six (6) pages after final typesetting by the journal. If the final typeset version of the article exceeds six pages, Extra Page Charges (EPC) will apply for each additional page.
Indian Authors: ₹200 per additional page (B&W)
International Authors: US $5 per additional page (B&W)
The actual number of final pages will be determined only after the accepted manuscript has been formatted and typeset by the IJADSMS production team. The corresponding author will be informed of any applicable Extra Page Charges before the article is included in the specific Volume and Issue.
The standard APC does not include extensive language editing, major grammar correction, professional figure redrawing, or substantial manuscript reformatting.
Optional Grammar Correction and Figure Redrawing Service: ₹1,000
This service may include, depending on the requirements of the manuscript:
· Grammar and language corrections
· Improvement of sentence structure and readability
· Correction of formatting inconsistencies
· Redrawing or improvement of figures and diagrams
· Basic enhancement of figure quality for publication
· Additional manuscript formatting beyond the standard publication process
Where the required work is extensive or falls outside the scope of the standard service, any additional charges will be communicated to the author in advance and undertaken only with the author's consent.

1. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
2. Submission of a manuscript to IJADSMS does not require payment of the APC at the initial submission stage.
3. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication of a manuscript.
4. All submitted manuscripts are subject to the journal's editorial screening and peer-review process.
5. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of any payment or optional service purchased by the author.
6. Optional grammar correction, language editing, figure redrawing, or formatting services have no influence on the editorial decision or acceptance of the manuscript.
7. The six-page limit is calculated on the basis of the final journal-formatted and typeset version, not the author's originally submitted manuscript.
8. Where the final typeset article exceeds six pages, the author will be informed of the applicable Extra Page Charges before final publication.
9. Applicable taxes, including 18% GST for Indian authors, will be charged in accordance with prevailing regulations.
10. Authors are advised to complete payment only through the official payment methods communicated by IJADSMS.
IJADSMS follows an open-access publishing model, making published articles freely accessible online to readers, researchers, academicians, and the wider scholarly community.
The APC supports the costs involved in maintaining this open-access publication model and helps ensure that readers can access published research without subscription charges.
